Shipping policy

Once order is received, shipment will be mailed within 2-3 business days. Shipping with USPS registered and insured mail, mail may take up to 7 days to be received. You will be provided tracking information. You must sign for package upon receipt. If you are not home, mail carrier will leave a note, and you will have 14 days to claim your package at your local postal service. If it is not picked up within 14 days, it will be returned to Alletere Diamonds. Please contact us at alleterediamonds@gmail.com or 315-489-6498 to re-arrange delivery at additional expense.
